Refund Timeframes:

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining balance can be refunded or credited toward your next massage appointment.

Requesting a Refund:

If you feel that your session did not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your appointment. Refund requests made after this timeframe will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
